SCHOOL REACH PROGRAM!

To all in the Carbon Cliff Barstow School District,

Eagle Ridge School is happy to introduce our School Reach Program! This is an automated phone program that will allow us to make one phone call; a call that consists of important information, such as school closures, pertinent news that we feel you should know in advance, or an early dismissal.

It is our hope that we will be able to improve our communication with parents via this School Reach Program. The number on your caller ID will be our 309-792-2002 school number.  When you answer the call, the voice will be a recorded message giving you the information we feel you need at that time. There will be no need to call the school back.

We are very excited to have this communication improvement in our district!  This will only work for your household if we have your current phone numbers. So, please make sure our phone records for you are current and up to date.

ATTENTION!!!
In the case of inclement weather, should Eagle Ridge need to close for the day or have a late start, please check your local TV and / or radio stations for that information.  Be sure to look for our school district name, “Carbon Cliff / Barstow District 36”. If you do not see Carbon Cliff / Barstow listed as a closed school or late start, then we have a regular school day and we will start at our regular time.

NOTICE:  On days when the temperature is 20 degrees or warmer, our students will go out to play for recess. Please be sure that your child is dressed for outdoor play.  In order for your child to be allowed in the snow your child must be wearing snow pants, coat, boots, and gloves.
