Hi, my name is Dee Mitton, and I am the Secretary to the Superintendent at Eagle Ridge.  This is my 12th year working here.  My job entails many different daily tasks. Besides assisting Mr. Green and Mr. Richmond with projects, I help in the front office with all student/parent and staff needs. I truly enjoy all the students and staff of Eagle Ridge.

My name is Brooke Allender Radech, and I am excited to be the school counselor for Eagle Ridge.  I earned my Bachelor’s degree in psychology education from St. Ambrose University, and my Master’s in counseling from Western Illinois University. I am also a National Certified Counselor, specializing in counseling children and adolescents. My counseling “toolbox” includes narrative therapy, solution-focused techniques, as well as art, play, and sandtray therapies.

When I am not counseling individual students or conducting small group sessions, you will find me in the classroom teaching important social-emotional topics to students K-8th grade.  This year our team is implementing PBIS, as well as focusing on enforcing a zero-tolerance bullying policy.

In my free time, I spend time with my husband, Lucas and our two-year old son, Behren. I love to speak German with my international friends, and look forward to more trips abroad! In the future, I would like to introduce a pet therapy/assistance dog into the school, because I have seen the benefits for students and staff firsthand. Hello, my name is Casey Kyser. I am the District Bookkeeper for Carbon Cliff-Barstow SD#36. I have been married for 17 years and have two boys at home.  My boys are very active in sports so I am busy attending games throughout the year.

I graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Accounting degree.  After working in the school district for five years, I decided I would love to learn more about accounting so I am currently pursuing my Master’s of Accounting Degree at St. Ambrose University. My job as the district bookkeeper is unique and challenging but it is the reason I enjoy coming to work every day.
